OCR Parsing Timeout on High-Res 4K iMessage Stitches

Overview & Summary
When uploading a stitched 4K resolution iMessage screenshot (greater than 3000px height), the OCR vision parser times out after 30 seconds.
Expected Behaviour
The image should process within 10-15 seconds regardless of resolution or stitch height.
Actual Behaviour
Displays "OCR Parsing Timeout" banner and fails to extract message text.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Chat Analysis tab.
- Upload a 4K resolution stitched PNG screenshot (e.g. 1170x4500px).
- Click "Analyze Chat".
- Observe timeout error after 30 seconds.

Aug 4, 2026We reproduced this issue on high-DPI iOS stitches. A fix increases Llama OCR timeout to 60s and adds automatic downscaling.
