Account and profile data
Stored while the account remains active and for a reasonable period after deletion where required for abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.
Conversation and analysis data
Kept until the user deletes it, the account is deleted, or a legal retention need applies.
Uploads and images
Profile photos are stored in R2 until removed by the user or deleted with the account, subject to backup and incident recovery windows.
Logs and backups
Operational logs and backups may persist for a limited period necessary for security, troubleshooting, and recovery.
